Day to Day Responsibilities:

End user service

Service Management – PC, Network Printer, Handheld device etc…  
- Perform tasks in accordance with established IT SERVICE DELIVERY, ACE, ISO documented processes, using only approved processes and tools
- Participating in the establishment, review and audit of ACE/ISO processes
- Identification of service-related issues and establishment of corrective actions where appropriate
- Ensuring Provision Level 2 support for infrastructure (break/fix, preventive and asset management)
- Other site backup as assigned

Cost Management
Ensuring external spending is managed in accordance with defined IT SERVICE DELIVERY/Corporate procurement processes, including leverage of global buying agreements where established
Education & Experience  
Diploma degree or higher in Information Technology or related subject
1- 2 years’ experience in similar position

Required Skills                                                
1– 2 Years’ hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure
- Good oral English and local language communication skills, written and verbal 
- Experience of some or all of the following:
Key technology areas:
        + Windows 10 Client Operating System (English & Chinese)
        + Ethernet Local Area Network configuration, switches, hubs, routers
        + Frame Relay based Wide Area Voice/Data Networking infrastructure 
        + Telephone Systems, VoIP, Voice Mail, Video Conferencing, ISDN
        + Computer Hardware/Software/Information Security / Encryption / Firewalls
        + Microsoft Office / Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft Project etc. 
        + Desktop Applications
        + IP protection 
        + Advanced Technologies
