Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, resolving design-related issues, implementing process improvements, and optimizing production workflows.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) to create detailed 3D models, drawings, and specifications for mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Perform engineering analysis and simulations to validate design concepts, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering, process engineering, procurement, and production to introduce new equipment or new process.
Education & Experience
• BS degree in Mechanical, or Mechatronics. Master is preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to independently finish complex and various mechanical equipment design.
Required Skills
• Rich troubleshooting of mechanical issues.
• Has curiosity, loves to study, and the ability to continuously learn.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials selection, and fabrication techniques used in producing mechanical components and systems.
Desired Skills
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, with experience in 3D modeling, drafting, and simulation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including statics, dynamics, materials science, and thermodynamics.
Soft Skills
• Sense of urgency and creativity to handle project issues and adapt plan to meet objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
