Purpose of the Position
Lead and support a team of quality inspectors, ensuring inspection processes meet standards and drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach quality inspectors to maintain consistent inspection standards.
- Serve as the shift-level quality lead, reporting to the QA Section Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production and support teams to resolve quality issues and identify root causes.
- Track and report quality metrics to drive improvement.
- Support validation runs, equipment upgrades, and process changes.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Develop onboarding and training plans to build team capability.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to align on quality goals.
Work Schedule
Rotating 2-3-2 schedule with 12-hour shifts, alternating between days and nights every two weeks. Flexibility required for weekend and evening coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
- 2+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience with leadership exposure.
- Experience in early-stage manufacturing or new product introduction.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional activities.
- High integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to drive accountability and maintain process discipline.
- Customer-focused mindset.

The range for this position is $61,849.00 - $85,043.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
