Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
Role Purpose
The Regional Supply Chain Process Analyst is responsible for identifying, leading, and implementing initiatives that support OFC supply chain objectives, with a strong emphasis on process standardization, digitization, and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to map processes, improve data visibility, and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions. Key accountabilities include KPI reporting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, document, and maintain supply chain process maps.
- Drive regional process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and promote SAP best practices across plants and teams.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, customers, and suppliers to develop new supply chain capabilities.
- Balance short-term corrective actions with long-term, sustainable process improvements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, tools, and advanced analytics to improve visibility, decision-making, and establish a single source of truth.
- Build end-to-end solutions supporting forecasting, demand planning, sourcing, order management, commit processes, and end-user adoption through training.
Experience and Education – Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain planning
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including demand, supply, capacity, and inventory management
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ECC and APO preferred)
- Familiarity with MES systems
Desired Skills:
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience influencing across functions and levels without direct authority
- Experience with change management and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Experience delivering supply chain process improvements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent)

The range for this position is $82,207.00 - $113,035.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
