Innovation Quality Engineer

- Day to Day Responsibilities

Project quality management:

• In charge of Maxwell project Quality management

• Quality interface with cross functions to develop and improve process and quality control capability

CM management:

• Support CM to develop and deploy Corning QA architecture

• Quality leader to manage CM quality performance

• Support process qualification and metrology set up, calibration and correlation study with up/down streams

• PCPD audit to make sue CM exactly follow Corning rules

Customer quality management:

• Leverage Corning resource to dispose customers complaint & VOC

• Lead customers audit

Education and Experience

• Bachelor degree of math, statistics or engineering

• 7+ years rich experiences in manufacturing industry quality functions-QA, QS & QC

• Experienced at CM or Supplier quality management"

Required Skills

• Quality system audit and maintain

• Good data analysis skill

• Problem analysis and solving skill

• Familiar with process improvement "
