Day to Day Responsibilities
• Manage Inventory transaction with Ops and GSM teams.
• Perform month end closing process and reconciliation.
• Support inventory and fixed asset physical counting and SLOB process.
• Support finance justifications for cost improvement projects.
• Analyze cost variances to identify risks/opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement new changes to procedure.
• Perform effective internal control practice.
• Support system implement, including PMT, Mateverse, SAP, etc.
• Ad hoc requests to support Division as assigned.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor in Finance/Accounting.
• 3+ years Manufacturing costing or audit firm experiences preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex topics.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of cross functional teams.
Required Skills
• Familiar with ERP system (SAP).
• Strong excel, power BI and power point skills.
