Purpose of the Position: 

Partners with HR Manager in talent management for the assigned client groups – identify talent gaps, talent development plans, staffing plans, etc. 

Supports HR manager to deploy and implement all HR related programs and process in each work location as per corporate and regional HR policies and guidelines 

Supports business clients in different locations develop and maintain a positive work environment and operate in alignment with Corning’s Values 

Provides efficient HR support in each work location to support business clients to achieve strategic business goals smoothly 

Provides guidance to VF partner related to Human Resources, Social Responsibility Customer Audit and its cost manage

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploys and implements HR programs and processes in each location to ensure HR operations in in consistent with corporate and regional HR’s operation practices.

• Be responsible for HR daily operation work such as talent selection, employment, exit process, employee relations management, talent development etc.

• Collaborate with regional HR teams to implement the required HR actions timely.

• Partners with targeted business client to develop detailed talent improvement/development plans to ensure effective succession plans in place as well as healthy talent movement in the groups.

• Listens and collects employees’ voices/feedback and deploy related actions/response to ensure a positive work environment across the functional teams or the organization

• Partners with HR manager to ensure CM HR teams’ operations in compliance with local regulations

• Supervise VF on human resources management, CSR audit and its cost

• Support AMC projects in HR function

• Completes ad hoc assignments from leaderships
