Day to Day Responsibilities:

 

1. Recruitment: 

•         Work with vendor to execute daily operator’s recruiting plan

•         Office employee Interview arrangement

 

2. Attendance & Benefit

•         Attendance management

•         Labor agency management

•         Employee information maintenance and name list update

•         Responsible for on boarding & exit process

•         Benefit distribution

•         Annual leave management

•         Department stationery purchase and other logistics tasks

 

3. Training & Communication

•         Coordinating the training activities

•         Assist on arrangement of communication meeting

•          At least 2 years experiences in HR Job, preferred in manufacture background

 

Skill required:
•           Office software, EXCEL & PowerPoint;

•           Have basic knowledge of Chinese labor law and regulation;

•           Excellent command of English;

•           Able to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple tasks;

 

•           Must be able to work with teams; flexible in accepting and working with others’ idea

•           High sense of confidentiality, responsibility and accountability; Adherence to department

           Confidentiality requirements;

•           Meticulous, organized, proactive, customer oriented, flexible, highly motivated

•           Strong attention in detail

•           Able to handle different tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
