Day to Day Responsibilities:
Review daily production and maintenance record, work together with MET team to execute T/S& PM
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and malfunctions.
- Diagnose problems and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the PM and PdM procedures.
Research and recommend equipment upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency &productivity.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement equipment upgrades or modifications.
Identify the major loss events that negatively impact the effective equipment performance.
Review and track spare part usage and identify opportunities to extend lifetime of key spare parts.
Involved and responsible for designing and receiving new equipment.
Prepare and organize technical review meeting, best practice identification and sharing.
Define objectives and deliverables for cost reduction of Operations.
Education & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in using computer-aided design software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- 6+ years’ experience as a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer.
- 2+ years of management experience.
Desired
- Experience with simulation and analysis software, such as ANSYS or MATLAB.
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing, plastic injection molding production.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles, theories, and practices.
- Skills or experience in equipment mechanical, electrical design and validation.
Soft Skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
