Role Purpose
Lead the Human Resources function for the Keller manufacturing site by combining strategic HR Business Partner responsibilities, HR operations/data stewardship ownership, and employee and contingent workforce relations management. The role ensures execution of Corning HR processes, compliance with federal and state employment regulations, workforce planning, talent management, positive employee relations, and continuity of HR services supporting Keller operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR leader and strategic business partner for the Keller plant leadership team.
- Support workforce planning, staffing, succession planning, talent reviews, and employee development.
- Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, leadership practices, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit for hourly and salaried roles.
- Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
- Manage contingent workforce processes, including supplier partnerships, compliance, onboarding, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee HR operations, including HRIS data integrity, reporting, dashboards, workforce analytics, onboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions.
- Analyze workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, recruiting, and performance to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave of absence, performance management, recognition, and engagement initiatives.
- Support payroll and timekeeping processes and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor and employment laws.
- Lead new hire orientation, employee integration, engagement activities, and cross-functional HR projects that support site objectives.
Experiences/Education - Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related field.
- 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
- Experience managing HR data, analytics, reporting and HRIS systems.
- Experience supporting contingent workforce populations.
- Fluent English required; Spanish preferred.

The range for this position is $105,424.00 - $144,958.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
