Role Purpose
Performs technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames. Participates in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Support operations, engineering and quality related change management activities.
- Write and implement change controls, track progress, and completion of associated action items.
- Open Engineering Study Proposals (ESPs) and plan Special Manufacturing Requests (SMRs).
- Coordinate the review and completion of requirements for new equipment transfer to manufacturing.
- Document and follow up on actions and decisions from project meetings.
- Assist in authoring process and equipment documentation.
- Issue regular updates on change control activities and escalate aging change controls.
- Serve on cross-functional teams to support plant objectives and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Aid in the coordination of project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and tracking documents.
Experiences/Education - Required
- Associates degree in a related technical field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in administrative or project support within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment.
- Familiarity with change management processes, equipment validation, and risk assessments is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze data effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to identify process improvement opportunities.

The range for this position is $58,236.00 - $80,075.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
