Role Purpose
Performs technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames. Participates in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Write accurate, thorough, and customer-focused responses to customer complaints in a professional tone.
- Ensure responses align with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance, to gather necessary information for complaint responses.
- Assist in investigations of customer complaints, including reviewing batch records and conducting historical reviews of similar complaints.
- Document findings clearly and concisely to support complaint resolution.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations based on investigation results.
- Manage and assign incoming HelpDesk tickets related to customer inquiries and requests.
- Answer customer requests for information promptly and professionally.
- Monitor HelpDesk activity to ensure timely resolution of issues and escalation when necessary.
- Support Quality department initiatives, including but not limited to process improvement projects, audits, and training programs.
- Assist with documentation updates to ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Experiences/Education - Required
- Associates degree in a related technical field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in technical writing is preferred
- Work experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, manufacturing).
- Familiarity with complaint handling processes and quality systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience in electronic change management/document control systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
This position supports immigration sponsorship.
The range for this position is $58,236.00 - $80,075.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
