Customer Care Supervisor (m/f/d)

 

The position:

To support our sales team at the Krailling site, we are looking for a Team Leader Customer Care Supervisor (m/f/d) with immediate effect. In this position you will be responsible for managing an international team and work closely with colleagues in the field to provide our customers with comprehensive service in all phases of the sales process (pre-sales, sales and post-sales). You will act as a central interface to various departments such as order and export processing, accounting as well as technical and production areas. In this key position, you will report directly to the global sales management and make a significant contribution to the success of the business.

 

Responsible and challenging - your tasks in customer care are varied:

  • Comprehensive support for new and existing customers, including maintaining customer relationships and efficiently handling customer inquiries and needs.
  • Active maintenance and management of customer portals as well as careful processing and monitoring of incoming orders.
  • Developing customized offers for our machine solutions and services in cooperation with the sales field service and the specialist departments.
  • Leading and coordinating the decision-making process regarding the technical and economic feasibility of customizations and special designs.
  • Drafting and coordinating customer contracts and agreements in cooperation with the legal department.
  • Taking on controlling tasks in the sales area and supporting business controlling.
  • Collaboration in the planning and implementation of international trade fairs as well as active participation in social marketing activities to strengthen market presence.
  • Efficient organization and coordination of customer sampling/sampling in consultation with the logistics department.
  • You will work actively in all the above-mentioned areas and coordinate the corresponding processes in the current branches in Asia and the USA and look after our distributors.

 

 Professional and personal - your qualifications are convincing:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration (with a technical focus) or comparable training - preferably with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering with an international focus.
  • Experienced handling of ERP systems (ideally MS Dynamics NAV) and CRM systems as well as confident use of MS Office.
  • With your customer-oriented and independent way of working, you always find balanced solutions.
  • You are characterized by leadership skills, organizational skills and a high level of responsibility.
  • Fluent in German and English.
