Business Operations works across all business functions, developing execution improvement strategies, implementing new operations, and supporting the execution of the business goals. It acts as a cross-functional layer that ensures all departments are aligned and working together to execute the business plan.

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Partner across the different functions to align on developing business models and cross-functional initiatives to drive long term business sustainability

• Manage, improve, and document processes

• Lead day to day operations and deliver on strategy and operational plans

• Establish an operational cadence within the organization to ensure it is running effectively and efficiently to meet goals and objectives

• Create, manage, and maintain specific communications and cadence for all-hands meetings, QBRs, etc.

• Ensure shared responsibility of business objectives with focus on team development

• Gather and analyze data, develop action plan, and help drive and translate recommendations into results

• Deliver executive level reporting as needed (including weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports) to manage risks and issues as well as improve team collaboration

• Define, set, and analyze metrics to improve business performance and drive business actions

• Develop and track key KPIs across the organization to track strategic goals and accomplishments

• Run organizational planning with all other functions to develop goals, objectives, and Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) and assist each function on tracking and analyzing outcome

• Identify and implement new initiatives with key stakeholders to develop, champion, and launch new initiatives

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

 

• +5 years of experience in sales or business operations

• Ability to understand high-level strategies and translate them into system and process

• Strong planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Strong data management abilities and strong analytic skills

• Knowledge and practical use of Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment, and comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations

• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-time zone environment

• Well-developed competencies in problem solving and results-oriented

• Autonomous, flexible, highly motivated, and driven by success

• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

• Fluent French and English

• Bachelor's Degree Required
