WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will get to own all things demand generation. What does that mean? Here it means you will manage the day-to-day work of getting all the campaigns together, tracking the results of campaigns and ensuring our lead generation goals are being met. We send out a lot of awesome content we’re proud of, so we’re looking for somebody to take on the task of owning that process and getting what we deliver into the hands of those that can use it.

 

To be specific, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Schedule all demand generation campaigns across all the different international regions
  • Manage the execution of our lead generation campaigns
  • Track and report on the progress of lead generation
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to make sure that what needs to be done for a campaign, is done (ex: social media, forms, banners, etc.)
  • Celebrate the wins but also help figure out how to do better when it’s not going so well
  • Help drive content ideas, and hey, if you can write then that would be a bonus skill we would be really happy for you to have.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure leads are traveling through the marketing-to-sales pipeline as they need to, and adjust if they aren’t

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • University Degree
  • 2+ years in lead generation
  • Campaign management skills (i.e the ability to get everyone focused on and working towards the completion of a campaign) – a must
  • Good copy writing skills a definite asset
  • Experience using Pardot a very good asset, if not then another marketing platform
  • Experience managing and tracking lead generation KPIs
  • Experience working across different regions is nice to have
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and manage relationships
  • Team player who would be willing to laugh at our jokes and endure the odd lunch out together – but don’t worry it’s okay if you’re an introvert, most of us are as well. Extroverts also welcome though.
  • Motivated by a fast-paced multi-tasking environment

 

LOCATION: Montreal (Ville St-Laurent), Canada

TYPE: 1-year contract, Full time (mat leave replacement)
