Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Role Overview
The Marketing Manager (Solutions & Campaigns) plays a central role in driving iBwave’s go-to-market execution by owning campaign definition, solution messaging, core marketing assets, and sales enablement. The role partners closely with product managers and sales teams to translate product value into market-ready messaging and assets, and collaborates with demand and web teams to deliver integrated product launches and campaigns that support pipeline growth and sales conversion. The Marketing Manager will also drive higher engagement and conversion by leveraging iBwave marketing’s advanced AI platform to deliver a new level of personalization and tailored content.
This role is ideal for a senior B2B marketer who combines strategy with hands-on execution, is comfortable managing multiple workstreams, and is driven by measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing campaigns end-to-end:
- Campaign definition (audience, offer, messaging, KPIs)
- New product launch / go to market strategies
- Execution coordination across assets, web, email, and enablement
- Performance reporting and optimization
- Lead product and solution marketing deliverables:
- Messaging and positioning for priority solutions (in collaboration with product managers)
- Collateral (solution briefs, case studies, white papers, web content)
- Build sales presentations and enablement resources:
- Core decks, modules, talk tracks, and proof points (in collaboration with sales)
- Competitive/value support and objection handling
- Manage campaign and marketing budget tracking (excluding events)
- Own marketing email planning (copy, sequencing, requirements) and partner with marketing ops for build and reporting
- Support PR execution:
- Press release inputs, contributed article support, awards submissions, and proof-point packaging
- Drive website content readiness for campaigns and solutions:
- Landing page content and conversion-ready messaging in partnership with web resources
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of B2B technology marketing experience (campaign ownership plus product/solution marketing)
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Building integrated campaigns with KPI reporting and iteration
- Creating product/solution collateral and web content for technical audiences
- Developing sales enablement (decks, talk tracks, value/ROI narratives)
- Email strategy and lifecycle sequencing (in partnership with marketing operations)
- Managing budgets and prioritizing work across competing initiatives
- Strong writing and editing skills; able to translate technical capabilities into clear market value
- Fluency in English writing and communication
- Strong cross-functional execution and project management skills, including collaboration with product managers and sales teams
Bonus:

Language Requirement:
