Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role in scaling iBwave’s digital marketing operations by combining automation, creative content production, and demand generation. This position supports both the marketing and sales teams by developing automated, data-driven workflows that power iBwave content marketing, expand reach through growth initiatives, and accelerate sales conversions.
You’ll work at the intersection of content, technology, and sales enablement — building automated outreach, managing multilingual content delivery, and experimenting with new tools that turn marketing systems into growth drivers. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and driven by measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute automated outreach and engagement campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
- Manage intent-based prospecting and data enrichment to identify and target high-potential leads.
- Build and manage scalable workflows and AI tools for content creation, publishing, and automation.
- Create modular, reusable assets such as playbooks, SDR scripts (email, chatbot), educational content social media posts, blog articles and videos.
- Develop and maintain templates, formats, and standards for marketing visuals, videos, and multilingual content.
- Coordinate translation projects and ensure French-language content aligns with brand voice, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with SDRs and sales to align automation, content, and lead qualification workflows.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for engagement, conversion, and efficiency.
- Implement and test new automation, AI, and growth tools to improve process scalability.
- Coordinate translation and localization efforts to support English/French marketing initiatives.
- Provide insights and feedback to marketing and sales leadership on campaign impact and lead quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, automation, or digital operations.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, prospecting and CRM tools (e.g., Reply.io, Sales Force, Zapier, ZoomInfo/6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Familiarity with content automation, AI-assisted creative tools, and analytics.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/French) with strong written communication.
- Preferred: experience in software or telecom, or with chatbot/conversational marketing tools.
Language Requirement
- This role requires bilingual proficiency in French and English. English is essential, as the position involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers worldwide, where it serves as the primary language of communication.
