Reporting to the VP of Product Line Management, the Solutions Director – Enterprise is responsible for evolving our enterprise wireless offering as well as establishing and driving our go-to-market strategy to further grow our business into this market.



  • Analyze global enterprise wireless market as well as iBwave’s share and growth potential in each region;
  • Establish and drive our enterprise go-to-market strategy in order to be successful in each region;
  • Evolve our overall enterprise solution by defining and prioritizing solution-level requirements in close collaboration with Sales, Sales Engineering and Product Management;
  • Establish and maintain pricing structure, as well as P&L for the enterprise segment;
  • Equip the sales team with the right overall solution, positioning, training, and selling tools to gain enterprise customers and ecosystems in according to the appropriate strategy of each region;
  • Develop and track key performance indicators required to measure success;
  • Participate in key enterprise wireless tradeshows and events to promote iBwave, gather market intelligence and refine our solution set to reach our growth targets in that market segment.


  • University Degree in Engineering or Business (MBA is an asset);
  • 15+ years related experience within the software, IT and/or enterprise industry (emphasis on wireless systems);
  • Proven ability to develop a go-to-market strategy and drive its execution;
  • Strong business acumen, P&L driven and goal oriented;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with diverse groups of people;
  • Experience working with reselling channels aimed at the IT and enterprise market;
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills at all levels;
  • Proficiency in SalesForce customer management software is an asset;
  • English fluency a must (multi-lingual skill is an asset);
  • International experience and perspective;
  • Team player and at ease in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
