What is your role?

  • Function as team leader for the regional team members. Acts as back up for the manager.
  • Operational support activities for Enterprise Applications and customer base. Ensure process rigor and audit requirements are met, maintained, and improved.
  • Provide ongoing assessment of existing services, systems, processes and controls to identify, recommend, and implement necessary improvements to ensure data quality and support growth related to strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure quality work is migrated into our Production Environment for systems under your management. Maintain SOX compliance and PASS/ATP process rigor and tools.
  • Manage day-to-day operational engagement activities with third party service providers. Point of contact for all daily operational/support activities, ensuring services delivery according to agreed SOW and KPI’s. Escalate issues to manager, as necessary.
  • Partner with IT for case/issue resolution in a timely manner. Work as team to develop system solutions and improvement.
  • Take ownership of team metrics to collaborate with team members to deep dive into gaps.

 

 

What will you do?

  • Provide day-to-day management for MTY EAS team members. Select, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Case management. Provide end-to-end functional support, case handling, and root cause resolution for break/fix support cases/tickets for Enterprise Applications. Manage EAS queues to ensure cases are complete within agreed SLA.
  • Work with EAS consulting team, participate in projects when need arises. Understand project requirements as it relates to EAS support. Manage conflicts, escalate where necessary to resolve and close gaps.
  • Manage receivership for integration activities for acquisitions including participation in integration teams, assessment of mass data uploads, tools, and approach for deployment. Identify timelines and related milestones for integration activities, etc.
  • Work with all levels of the organization to complete work.
  • Ensuring process, policies and procedures are always being adhered to.
  • Prepare regular and special periodic reports to evaluate performance and results as defined and agreed with your manager. Recommend improvements where applicable.

 

What do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance Discipline
  • A high technical aptitude, grounded in Finance processes.
  • Strong analytic skills with Finance Business Acumen.
  • Capable of working independently with general supervision from Manager.
  • PC and systems literate. Proficient using MS Office Applications – e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Proven attentiveness to detail and accuracy – controls and audit experience is desired.
  • Able to manage problems methodically and logically.
  • Aptitude for understanding and solving problems.
  • Strong technical skills, including programing languages.
  • Fluent in English – verbal and written.
  • Prior team management preferred.

 

What would make you stand out?

  • Financial Closing & Consolidation experience.
  • Solid understanding of Finance Processes: Req to Payment, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Time & Attendance, and Payroll.
  • Application of digital technologies to improve processes and controls.
  • International/Global experience is desired.
