Role Purpose:

 

Support CSS HTR Americas on the different processes that are essential to ensure that we are in compliance with the company objectives.  

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Understanding of the USA payroll key processes in order to provide Customer Service support through Salesforce.
  • Salesforce customer service support.
  • Properly documentation of Salesforce cases.
  • Generate reports, on demand by stakeholders and ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Direct support to HTR Manager or Supervisor on any urgent activity that could come.
  • Support on diverse activities during payroll processing window.
  • Maintain ADP and True-Blue systems in match (Compare process).
  • Analysis and replica error corrections.
  • Work alongside HTR and key stakeholders. 

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in administration, international business or related.
  • Strong interest in Corporate Finance and Payroll. 
  • Basic knowledge of financial principles and concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ADP is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with various teams and departments.
