As Manager, Integrated Planning, you will play a critical role in advancing Corning’s Supply Chain transformation by designing, deploying, and standardizing integrated planning capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to embed best-in-class planning processes that connect strategy, demand, supply, and financial outcomes. This is a high-visibility role with strong growth potential and impact across a global organization.
Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:
- Lead deployment of integrated planning standards, processes, and adoption across multiple business units
- Assess planning maturity, identify gaps, and define improvement roadmaps toward best-in-class practices
- Partner with leadership to integrate planning into strategic decision-making across demand, supply, and financial plans
- Develop and track KPIs to measure planning performance, adoption, and business impact
- Coach and train teams on planning parameters, data quality, and best practices
What do you need to have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP/SIOP, or integrated business planning
- Strong expertise in end-to-end planning processes (demand, supply, inventory, and executive planning)
- Experience leading planning transformation and deploying standard processes across multiple sites or businesses
- Proficiency in ERP and planning systems (SAP ECC/S4H, IBP, Kinaxis, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Advanced English and excellent communication skills
