Role Purpose:

 

Address customer requests to provide resolutions and assist the intern in learning about order-to-cash processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitoring and managing business requests in PeopleSoft and SAP.
  • Creating and managing projects and assets.
  • Capitalizing expenses and mailing asset tags to U.S. plants.
  • Supporting process optimization and reporting.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, , Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in employee relations and personnel management
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach
