As Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations – North America, you will lead regional operations across integrated planning, procurement, logistics, and customer operations. You will ensure reliable service delivery, improve performance through KPIs and operational reviews, and partner with business leaders and Centers of Excellence to standardize processes, enable digitalization, and strengthen customer satisfaction.

 

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

  • Lead day-to-day supply chain operations across North America, ensuring effective execution of planning, procurement, logistics, and customer operations processes
  • Monitor and improve service delivery through KPIs, dashboards, and operating reviews focused on service, quality, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with business leaders and Supply Chain COEs to drive process standardization, governance alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build and lead a high-performing team while advancing digital, automation, and analytics initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability

 

REQUIREMENTS

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, shared services, or related functions
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives, process improvement, and organizational change in a matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams and lead through change
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic planning with operational execution
