WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst at Corning, you will be at the center of our enterprise digital transformation driving the adoption, optimization, and governance of our global ServiceNow platform. You will work directly with business stakeholders and cross functional IT teams to translate complex enterprise needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions that deliver measurable value. This is a high impact role within our Digital & IT organization, offering broad exposure to world-class platform environments across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and beyond.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to capture, refine, and validate enterprise requirements, ensuring solutions meet quality standards, align with governance best practices, and drive continuous platform improvement.
  • Lead quality assurance and validation of platform enhancements, ensuring all changes are tested, documented, and deliver the intended business outcomes before deployment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including process maps, solution designs, and user guides to support platform adoption, knowledge transfer, and operational continuity.
  • Coordinate and collaborate across cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure successful, on-time delivery of complex ServiceNow projects and transformation initiatives.

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven, hands-on ServiceNow experience in enterprise environments, with demonstrated delivery of complex, large-scale implementations.
  • Advanced working knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and/or App Engine Studio.
  • Active ITIL V3 or V4 certification required this role operates within an ITIL-aligned service management framework and requires applied ITIL knowledge.
  • Scrum Master Certification or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) required to support iterative delivery and cross-functional project coordination.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non technical audiences, manage expectations, and influence outcomes across business and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong track record in applying governance standards, process best practices, and quality validation in platform change management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced English proficiency required for global team collaboration.
