Role Purpose

 

As a ServiceNow Technical Lead at Corning, you will serve as the technical engine behind enterprise wide platform solutions. You will drive end to end implementations, champion governance standards, and be the bridge between business needs and technology outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to digital transformation initiatives that impact teams across the globe, while being based in one of Mexico's most vibrant tech ecosystems Monterrey. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle ServiceNow module implementations, from requirements gathering and design through configuration, testing, and go live, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor to cross functional teams and business stakeholders, translating complex needs into scalable, high-performance platform solutions.
  • Oversee and manage third-party system integrations, platform governance, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, building a high-performing technical team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience leading large scale, cross-functional ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong background in ITIL frameworks and digital transformation programs.
  • Experience managing third party integrations and platform governance.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS-Discovery, CIS-CMDB/CSDM, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
  • Professional English communication skills for global collaboration.
