What is your role?

As Strategy Deployment Speciliast you will enable enterprise adoption of AI by translating technical concepts into scalable training, communications, and enablement programs. The role develops train-the-trainer initiatives, coaches ambassadors, facilitates learning sessions, and creates practical resources that help business teams understand and apply AI tools, standards, and processes.

 

What will you do?

  • Design and deliver train-the-trainer programs, workshops, coaching sessions, and office hours that enable ambassadors, trainers, and business teams to effectively adopt and communicate AI tools, governance requirements, and enablement resources.
  • Partner with AI Platform, AI Governance, AI Architecture, and other technical teams to understand tools, standards, processes, and updates, translating them into clear, business-friendly training materials, playbooks, communications, FAQs, and adoption resources.
  • Develop and maintain structured learning paths, reusable training content, and AI enablement catalog materials that support enterprise adoption and knowledge sharing.
  • Coach trainers and ambassadors on presenting technical concepts, addressing common questions, and tailoring content for different audiences and business functions.
  • Ensure training and communication materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with enterprise standards through collaboration with technical subject matter experts.
  • Manage program schedules, content updates, participant feedback, and continuous improvement activities to enhance training effectiveness and adoption outcomes.

 

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting strategic initiatives, program management, or business operations.
  • Experience facilitating training programs, workshops, or train-the-trainer sessions, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Proven ability to create engaging training materials, communications, enablement resources, and business-facing documentation.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts, cross-functional teams, trainers, and business partners.
  • Experience coordinating training activities, content development, feedback cycles, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Fluent English.
