Scope of Position:

  • Take ownership for True Blue HR initiatives that support the effective operations of the organization by developing and/or delivering True Blue HR programs
  • Ensures the administration of True Blue HR programs/ processes/policies, establish and reinforce Corning Values and positive work environment, while complying with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ensures standards and guidelines are understood and consistently applied
  • Ensures True Blue HR programs/processes/polices meet or beat quality and delivery expectations
  • Support True Blue HR function in areas of benefits and employee relations

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • True Blue SME and Daily Maintenance of Position and People Mgmt. in True Blue
  • True Blue Support of Plant HRC’s
  • HR Coordinator/DS Responsibilities for Division Salaried Employees, Confidential File Maintenance, Position Org Chart Maintenance
  • Manage monthly Headcount Reporting to Assist HR and Finance
  • Administrative Support of Div. HRM IT, (Calendaring, Travel, etc.)
  • Support Immigration Processes (H1B Process, Localization, Work Permitting)
  • Onboarding of New, Rehire, and Transfer Employees
  • Orientation and Onboarding of all Summer Interns
  • Partner with the site locations for onboarding of Division IT permanent employees
  • Respond to data requests from the HR team and the business
  • Support Div. HRM IT with Required Reporting and Data Mining
  • Super User and Coordination of All Compensation Processes Division Wide (ASR, PIP, LTI and Goal sharing)
  • Division Reporting and Logistics of Division PD&R Process
  • Monitor and Report on Division Wide Recognition
  • Responsible for posting of IT Organization Announcements
  • Manage Annual Service Awards Recognition process logistics and coordinate annually
  • Support the Growing People Award process and logistics
  • HR Global Team Meeting participant
  • Track and document employment issues and requests (e.g. FMLA, Disability) as required for procedural and legislative purposes
  • Recommends areas of standardization of HR programs/processes/polices, as appropriate, to reduce complexity of administration and associated costs
  • Build HR reputation through value-added interactions with customers/employees
  • Provides voice of the customer feedback on HR programs/processes/police and ease of use
  • Concur-Manage Expenses and Reports
  • Liaison to other Division Administrative team
