Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time:

  • M-F 8am – 5pm
  • Duration: Summer 2021, 8-12 weeks


Scope of Position:

  • The Intern will work as part of the Information Technology Supply Chain Service Line
  • The Intern will learn the Technology and Systems Solutions and flows to support ERP and SC Business Process Functions
  • The Intern will Increase Business Acumen and Networking through Smart Interviews and Interaction with other areas within Information Technology



  • Intern will be involved in the ERP System (SAP S/4) Transformation Program:
    • Includes the system solution definition and documentation for items such as System Security, Business Process, and Master Data
    • Business Processes such as Order Management, Purchasing, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Shipping, and Billing
    • Hands on Experience with SAP S/4 ERP and SAP Solution Manager
    • Insight into System Integration between the ERP system and other systems such as Manufacturing and Financial Systems
    • Assisting with Quality and Documentation Oversight with SAP vendors


Education and Experience:

  • Enrolled in Information Technology or a Supply Chain related program
  • A rising senior or rising MBA final year
  • Extra-Curricular activates and Previous Internships a Plus

  • Computer literate in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to build relationships and interact with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present information

  • Flexibility - Able to change and adjust smoothly as the situation demands
