Overview:

  • The regional project services lead will have strong communication and organization skills and be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery in support of business requirements. This individual will be the leader of the Project Management Office for North America and EMEA.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Overall supervision and staffing of regional Project Management Office
  • Manage direct reports (employees) and contract workforce project managers and administrators and ensure clear expectations on their roles and responsibilities
  • Coach regional project/program managers to help them deliver successful project outcomes
  • Obtain appropriate talent via hiring or contracting
  • Present to leadership at various meetings
  • Engage with Service Line owners and directors as well as business engagement resources
  • Participate in Steering and Advisory meetings
  • Review project / program artifacts such as estimates, schedules, risk plans, budgets, charters, ARs
  • Conduct global resource planning meetings to ensure that resources are appropriately allocated to projects
  • Conduct global operations meetings to understand project go live timing and status and ensure escalations occur as needed for projects with major challenges.
  • Run department meetings
  • Define and monitor the Annual Operating Priority (AOP) project list

Experience/Education

  • Required o Bachelor’s Degree
    • Advanced Computer Skills
    • 10+ years of experience as a Project/Program leader
  • Desired o Experience with financials
    • Prior experience in a similar or equivalent position
    • Experience in a supervisory role
