Operations/FS Analyst



Provide daily support of collaboration solutions through engagement with technology developers and cloud service providers for the enablement of reliable and encompassing voice, and mobility solutions to a global organization. Act as liaison between Corning Businesses, Users, and our Managed Service Providers in the telephony space. Mobile device testing and support. Operational and business project work as required



• E911 RedSky database management

• Perform routine administrative/operational tasks, as necessary, to assure the reliable operation of the global Cisco telephony solution

• Mobile device IOS testing and support

• Work closely with Information Technology peers and service providers in joint effort to ensure that the needs and expectations of organization are met and/or exceeded.

• Transfer knowledge via documentation and training to Information Technology resources.

• Monitor trends in service quality

• Assess and evaluate new market opportunities for the service and associated technologies.



• 2 year degree or CCNA VOICE certification



• 5+ years in the telephony support

• 3+ years of ServiceNow knowledge and use 



• Strong analytic troubleshooting skills

• Must be a self-starter and able to work in team environment

• Knowledge of E911 Redsky and FCC Law (Ray Baums Act & Kari’s Law)

• Knowledge of Voice over IP (VOIP)

• Familiarity with voice router and gateway configuration and support

• Phone programming in Cisco Call Managers (CUCM)

• Knowledge of IOS and Android mobile devices



• Knowledge of Voice over IP (VOIP)

• Phone programming in Cisco Call Managers (CUCM)

• Knowledge of IOS and Android mobile devices

• Voicemail creation/troubleshoot/removal

• ITSM knowledge with regards to Change and Incident Management and Request Fulfillment

• Call path setup/troubleshoot

• Understanding of networking topology

• Knowledge of Cisco Webex and other collaboration tools

• Suggest enhancements to processes as new trends emerge

• Assist Field Services with troubleshoots/move completion

• Knowledgeable in IP Telephony

• Work with Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) vendor hosted systems such as DCP

• Working with and managing vendor expectations

• Familiarity with Mobile security and cellular device support of IOS and Android

• Experience with MDM solutions e.g Intune

• Experience in managing metrics with a solid understanding of SLAs
