SCOPE/PURPOSE OF POSITION:

  • Manage operational governance with strategic vendors
  • Assist in the implementation of Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework
  • Facilitate and engage across organization to drive collaboration

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage monthly operational governance meetings
  • Manage the tracking of strategic vendor operational governance issue
  • Facilitate strategic vendor issue resolution
  • Manage strategic vendor Critical Service Level (CSL) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
  • Collaborate with Service Lines, Process Owners to develop CLS/KPI metric criteria
  • Review and approve request for CSL/KPI exceptions
  • Point of contact for strategic vendor to review process gaps

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s in Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management or similar relevant field

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to analyze IT service metric data and driving improvements
  • Effective leadership, organization, and planning skills, with ability to handle changing priorities
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to engage with international teams across multiple initiatives that span various lines of business, geographic borders, time zones, and cultures
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work in team environment and motivate others

 

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills
  • Vendor Management Travel
