Our Solar business delivers industry leading, U.S.-made solar components. Job Scope:
- Responsible for the management and coordination of the company's external warehouse.
- Responsible for the transfer of raw materials and finished products in the company's external warehouse.
Major responsibilities:
- Responsible for the transfer and reasonable distribution of raw materials in all external warehouses of the company.
- Responsible for docking and transferring vehicles with logistics, arranging the number of vehicles reasonably, so as not to cause waste or insufficient vehicles.
- Responsible for the vehicle coordination of the transfer of finished products from the factory to the warehouse outside the factory and the receipt of the warehouse.
- Responsible for the delivery of finished products in outer warehouse, packaging, goods inspection before loading, loading vehicles, etc.
- Responsible for the safety and accuracy of all goods in the warehouse and check the accounts regularly.
- Responsible for the docking of external warehouse inventory, inventory reports, visits and appointments and other related matters.
- All other affairs that need to be communicated and coordinated with the warehouse.
Minor Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the 5S of the area where JA raw materials and finished products are stored in the external warehouse meets the requirements.
- Regular inspection of the goods in the warehouse, and timely feedback if the goods are damaged or abnormal.
- If the goods in the outer warehouse are inconsistent with the actual account, it is necessary to track and deal with them in time to find out the cause.
Job Requirements:
- Educational background: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Work experience: 2+ years of practical experience working in a warehouse.
- Strong communication skills and coordination ability.
- Relevant training experience or major in warehouse material management.
- Proficient in computer office software, such as EXCEL, PPT, WORD, etc.
- WMS system or related warehouse management system is preferred.

The range for this position is $42,441.00 - $58,357.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
