Corning’s Environmental Technologies segment manufactures ceramic substrates and filter products for emissions control in mobile and stationary applications around the world.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

•    Plan and execute engaging employee activities, including annual dinner, family day, birthday celebration and wellness programs, from concept to completion.
•    Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of activities and culture initiatives with company goals.
•    Promote corporate culture by developing and implementing initiatives that align with   company values, enhance employee morale and create a positive working atmosphere.
•    Develop and execute engaging campaigns for company events and initiatives by creating high-quality video content, designing visually appealing graphics, and writing compelling copy to drive participation and awareness across various internal communication channels.
•    Manage vendor relationships for office services such as cleaning, greening and other administrative support functions.
•    Handle general administrative tasks, including budget tracking for events and vendor company values, contracts, and ensuring smooth office operations. 
•    Developing and researching new tools to optimize admin service and improve work efficiency.
•    Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements: Education & Experience

  • College degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years' administration experience gained in a multi-national company

Requirements: Required Skills

•    Video editing and copywriting is required.
•    Good command of computer skills, and familiar with MS Office software
•    Great English skills in written and general in oral
•    A creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and implement effectively accordingly.
•    Strong teamwork and communication skills
•    Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach.

Requirements: Desired Skills

•    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels and external partners.
•    Proven experience in managing external vendors and contractors.
•    High adaptability
