Corning’s Environmental Technologies segment manufactures ceramic substrates and filter products for emissions control in mobile and stationary applications around the world.

Purpose of the Position: 
•    Ensure that all kinds of facility equipment are operating in a standard, safe and low-cost manner.

Day to Day Responsibilities: 
On-going Tasks:
Including but not limited to

•    Focus on 10KVA power supply and distribution system, generator and UPS operation and maintenance, improvement automation control for facility equipment, and facility equipment on site troubleshooting support.
•    Responsibility for BMS, fire alarm system, air-compress, city water, HVAC, chiller, waste-water treatment, dust collection etc. 
•    Make work plan, complete the plan with technical staff, check the implementation results and track the long-term effectiveness.
•    Establish and optimize the existing program files to ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance to reduce the frequency of emergency repair.
•    Review the supplier construction plan, on site supplier management and be responsible for the construction result to ensure the quality and reliability.
•    Provide training and assessment for technical personnel to ensure that they master the necessary skills.
•    Responsible for spare parts management system and localization.  

Project involved with:
•    Responsible for the project audit and acceptance, ensure that the renovation and expansion project of the facility equipment system conform to the national and company standards and regulations.
•    Provides complete, accurate and timely documentation and training for all projects implemented.

Requirements: Education & Experience 
Must
•    Bachelor’s degree in electrical majors or equivalent.
•    3+ years’ experience working in facility operations and maintenance in large-scale factories.
•    Familiar with facility equipment, and Rich hands-on experiences with facility equipment operations and maintenance.
•    Familiar with facility equipment principle, familiar with equipment maintenance and repair process.
•    Able to repair and maintain facility equipment and engage in on-site work.

Plus
•    Experience with energy conservation projects.
•    Siemens PLC program reading and modification ability. 

Requirements: Required Skills                                                
•    Familiar with modern office software, Auto CAD.
•    Have good team-work spirit and strong communication and coordination ability.
•    Good English skill both in oral and written.

Requirements: Desired Skills  
•    3D drawing software skills (Solid works is prefer).
•    Familiar with regulations with regard in facility.
•    Familiar with power distribution facilities around the year 2000.
