Purpose of the Position:
• To perform general duties in Human Resource Department including training, talent development and planning, employee relationship, etc. Ensure all activities are performed within the general policies of the plant, the appropriate government agencies and in the best interest of the total facility.
• To support HRM to execute the HR related programs/projects.


Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development
• Execute site specific programs for new employee orientation, technical skills and leadership development
• Develop solutions to meet business-critical training needs
• Ensure training and certification system including technical skill training, soft skill and leadership skill is effective and efficient to support the business needs successfully
• Support talent planning

Employee Relationship
• Communicate program and process changes to employees 
• Lead value and culture initiatives to drive a positive work environment
Project involved with
• Work with HR manager for Corporate, Greater China, Division and plant specific projects


Requirements: Education & Experience 
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or other related area
• 5+ years experience in HR function with solid training related experience in manufacturing environment in multi-national company

• Be proficient in both spoken and written English 
• Be professional on training needs analysis, program design & delivery
• Strong people savvy and accessible to plant employees 
• Strong execution and pay attention to details
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
