Responsibilities: (Provide specific details on the responsibilities of the position, projects they will be involved with, etc.)

HR General Duties For Hourly Employees

  • Be responsible for pay for skills system including execution and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate hourly employees PD&R calibration process to ensure a fair and equitable performance rating
  • Facilitate hourly employees’ merit increase process according to guidelines
  • Lead value and culture initiatives to drive a positive work environment



  • Assist HR manager in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview, offer, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)
  • Keep close contact with COE TA group


Data Steward

  • Be responsible for employee's data maintenance in True Blue from hiring to termination
  • Ensure data accuracy and update data changes in timely manner per system requirements


Education and Experience: (Provide information on the education level and/or experience level required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other related area
  • 2+ years’ experience in HR function in manufacturing environment in multi-national company

  • Be able to communicate in both spoken and written English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
