Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Product specification system management - converts customer specification into production specification and assures most current specifications are approved and available for production.
  • LDS Product inspection processes - maintain, improve, and administer the product inspection processes for product visual and dimensional related attributes including inspection procedures, accept and reject criteria. Abnormality handles etc.
  1. Provide quality support to manufacturing operation and ensure key quality metrics defined are met. Provide training and certification of operators and technicians in process control and defect detection.
  2. Daily non-conforming material handling and cross function monthly review to ensure alignment with division and plant target.
  • Improved capability process management – Coordinate internal team review, assess, and give formal feedback for customer specific requirement which come from multi-source. And take contingency action to meet requirement. 
  • Engage and provide support from quality side for continuous improvement or cost reduction projects.
  • Other assigned tasks from leaders.

 

Requirements: Education & Experience

  • BS or above degree. Major in Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent engineering is preferred.
  • Certified Quality Engineer, IATF16949 or VDA6.3 internal auditor is preferred.
  • 1~3 years working experience in manufacturing industry, multi – national companies and Quality/Process working experience preferred. 

 

Requirements: Required Skills                                               

  • Technical Knowledge & Skill - IATF16949 and its Technical Manuals (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA) or other applicable tools.
  • Planning & Organizing - Strong planning / organizing skills and follow through.
  • Good Analysis and problem-solving skills – logical thinking, big picture, and attention to details
  • Personality – Maturity, Self-motivation, Criticism and Confidence.
  •  Teamwork
  • Fluent English both oral and written.
