Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Project quality management: 
•    Support new product development activities, including data collection and analysis
•    Prepare quality data package and related test sample
•    Quality interface with cross function team and support quality improvement project
CM management: 
•    Support CM to deploy Corning quality architecture
•    Support lehr qualification and PCM management
•    Routine PCPD audit to make sue CM exactly follow Corning rules

Education & Experience 

•    Bachelor degree of math, statistics or engineering 
•    10+ years rich experiences in manufacturing industry quality functions-QA, QS & QC
•    Experienced at CM or Supplier quality management

Required Skills                                                

•    Quality system and process audit experiences
•    Good data analysis skill 
•    Problem analysis and solving skills 
•    Familiar with process improvement activity

Desired Skills  

•    Project Management knowledge
•    Six sigma GB or above
•    Good communication skill with written and oral English
•    Cross-cultural Sensitivity 
•    Customer Focus
•    Willing to accept new things & challenge
•    Interest in leading or supporting cross functional teams
