Purpose of the Position:

  • Responsible for the design-in, sales and support of CET products in HDD on-road and non-road application
  • Execute CET commercial strategy, meet annual sales budget and market share objectives
  • Build multi-level working relationship with designated OEMs and Supply Chain that recognize the value proposition of CET
     
     
    Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Understand CET products, applications, supply chain network, and requirements related to supply of after treatment systems
  • Develop business relationships with multi-level decision-makers at designated China HDD OEMs and supply chain
  • Monitor and understand OEM demand, build short-term and long-term forecast for responsible accounts to ensure OEM demand can be met
  • Design in current and future business platforms through coordination of internal and external resources
  • Formulate key account strategy; communicate and align with stakeholders in the company (management, manufacturing, engineering) to ensure strategy execution
  • Proactively communicate across functions to ensure customer calls can be addressed
  • Understand legislation, trends and requirements of China HDD market

 

Education & Experience  

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering or Science is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years sales or engineering experience with track record in automotive industry (multi-national company with handling diesel or commercial vehicle OEMs experience preferred)
