Role Purpose

this position as the accountable engagement lead for AI-enabled solutions and non-ERP application stewardship across staff functions. The role exists to bring structure, prioritization, governance, and measurable value to AI demand while also reducing risk and complexity in the existing application estate.

  • Lead intake and prioritization of AI solution opportunities.
  • Coordinate delivery with IT, business stakeholders, and vendor resources.
  • Ensure AI solutions are governed, supportable, and aligned to business value.
  • Steward the non-ERP application portfolio with a bias toward rationalization, modernization, consolidation, or retirement.
  • Provide day-to-day direction to Wipro resources supporting the non-ERP portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must-Have Qualifications

    • Experience leading IT solution delivery, application management, digital transformation, or business engagement initiatives.
    • Ability to translate business needs into actionable technology opportunities and delivery plans.
    • Understanding of AI-enabled solutions, automation, analytics, workflow tools, or digital product delivery.
    • Experience coordinating work across internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party/vendor resources.
    • Strong governance mindset, including documentation, prioritization, supportability, risk management, and value tracking.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experiences/Education - Required

    • Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience in a global enterprise IT environment.
      • Background working with offshore delivery teams or managed service providers.
      • Experience with application rationalization, legacy application modernization, or portfolio reduction programs.
      • Exposure to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, other enterprise AI tools, workflow automation, or similar technologies.
      • Experience defining business cases, benefits, adoption plans, service models, or operating processes for new digital capabilities.
      • Familiarity with IT service management, support models, and vendor performance oversight.
