Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support with employee compensation administration
  • Participate in projects of HR department and for the company
  • Provide direction and training to HR group members
  • Some of the responsibilities are the administration of Resignations, settlements, cancellations and absenteeism policies, as well as programs and procedures of American employees.      


“Must have” requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (Human resources, business administration, or relative)
  • 1 + years of experience in HR (different areas)
  • Advanced english
  • Availability to relocate to Monterrey in short time
  • Tress System Knowledge
  • Experience with the administration of HR policies, programs and practices
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships      
  • Facilitate group meetings and/or training programs
  • Highly pro-efficient with Microsoft Office programs
