WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you will be the critical link between Corning's internal operations and one of our most strategic global technology customers. Based at our Reynosa manufacturing facility, you will translate complex supply chain data into clear, actionable insights that drive service performance, inventory efficiency, and forecast accuracy. You will work cross-functionally with planning, logistics, manufacturing, and customer teams in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where your analytical skills directly influence business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze customer demand signals, order backlog, and inventory data to ensure fulfillment accuracy and continuity of supply; develop and maintain KPI dashboards that provide real-time visibility to internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer-facing planning and order management activities, proactively communicating status updates, risks, and recovery actions to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with planning, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing teams to identify, escalate, and resolve supply chain disruptions and service risks in a timely manner.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in S&OP processes, forecast alignment, and customer order workflows, driving measurable improvements in service metrics and operational efficiency.

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, order management, or customer operations within a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, KPI reporting, and Excel (advanced level); experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) for order management, inventory visibility, and planning workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to translate data into clear actions for diverse stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken is required for this role.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities, ambiguity, and time-sensitive customer needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
