Sr. Customer Supply Chain Analyst

What is your role?
As a Sr. Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you will serve as the primary supply chain partner for strategic customers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, demand planning, and supply execution. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, planning, logistics, commercial, and customer teams to exceed delivery expectations, support business growth, and optimize inventory performance.
Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:
- Manage customer demand, order fulfillment, and supply chain execution to ensure high levels of customer service and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain constraints, prioritize customer requirements, and drive business results.
- Monitor customer forecasts, inventory levels, backlog, production schedules, and key supply chain metrics to ensure demand is fulfilled efficiently.
- Support SIOP processes, new product introductions, inventory initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and customer transition activities.
What do you need to have?
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of Supply Chain, Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, or related experience.
- Strong SAP experience, including Production Planning, Scheduling, and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience managing customer demand, forecasts, orders, and delivery performance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- APICS certifications such as CPIM or CSCP.
- ISM certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or APP.
- Experience supporting strategic customers in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of SIOP, forecasting, and inventory management processes.
- Experience applying Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
