Digital Transformation Leader


Role Purpose:


Execute the Digital Transformation strategy and achieve desired business results, through appropriate allocation of IT resources and capabilities. Develop strategies that encourage users to adopt technological services and products.  Lead the IT portion of the Digital Transformation strategy at the manufacturing plants.   


Key Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and drive the Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap for OCS
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key personnel and project team members.
  • Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement.
  • Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level.
  • Champion the Digital Transformation tools and conduct training to relevant departments within the organization.
  • Keep up to date with digital trends and best practices.
  • Build and develop in-house digital capabilities to help the company maximize returns.
  • Collaborate closely with Division Engineering IMS team to help realize Digital Transformation strategy is addressed.
  • Deliver projects on time, on scope, and on budget through project prioritization and effective resource management.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to interact with and educate plant customers in the development and implementation of required programs and processes.
  • Establish a presence on the plant floor to maintain an ongoing pulse of the Digital Transformation (DT) achievements and needs.

  • Degree in Computer Science / Data Science & Analytics, Digital/Technology related relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years experience in Digital Transformation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital transformation projects.
  • Well versed in artificial intelligence, big data, data analytics, robotics process automation, sensors, cloud computing, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders.
  • Project management experience. 
  • Fully Bilingual – English and Spanish.


  • Masters degree in Information Systems / Data Science & Analytics or Digital Technology related relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years experience as a Digital Transformation lead in a manufacturing environment.
  • Project management certification.
