Role Purpose

Support the development of custom applications in Windchill Navigate for use in production lines and general office environments, with the objective of creating a more user-friendly graphical interface. The intern will also assist with Windchill-related support activities and gain hands-on experience in application development, testing, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of custom applications in Windchill Navigate.
• Assist in application design, testing, and implementation activities.
• Help resolve Windchill-related issues, including procedure issues and ECN issues.
• Support library cleanup and maintenance activities within Windchill.
• Provide support to end users by helping troubleshoot issues and responding to questions.
• Collaborate with the team on development process activities and system improvements.
• Assist in documenting changes, support activities, and project progress.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering Systems or IT.
• Basic knowledge of programming, SQL, and systems analysis.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in application development and end-user support.
• Ability to identify root causes of issues in a structured way.

• Interest in PTC Navigate and custom application development.
