Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Role Purpose: Performs a variety of key technical duties and activities. Leads projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing lines and systems, collecting and analyzing test data, and evaluating performance against specifications
• Participate in the development of semiautomated process 
• Support laboratory testing devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various locations and business units
• Intern will assist engineering project leaders and team with department initiatives and projects
