Role Purpose:
Provide operational, administrative, and strategic support across various HR functions, including personnel management, labor relations, internal projects, and onboarding processes, aiming to enhance department efficiency and contribute to organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of internal reports and dashboards to reduce workload and understand headcount principles.
- Assist with administrative topics such as transportation and cafeteria services.
- Assist with daily tasks such as front desk support and handling disciplinary records.
- Gain hands-on experience in dynamic and unionized environments.
- Participate in HR projects
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR metrics and labor relations.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in industrial or unionized environments is a plus.
