Role Purpose
Support the development of analytical dashboards for manufacturing operations and internal IT applications team management, contributing to operational visibility, backlog tracking, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making. The intern will gain hands-on experience in analytics, system integrations, and automation within a real business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of analytical dashboards for manufacturing and IT applications management.
- Assist in tracking backlog, team performance, and operational metrics through reporting tools.
- Help troubleshoot and improve dashboards, reports, and related data solutions.
- Participate in different activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support integrations with systems such as MES, SAP, and Agile Place.
- Assist in the development of automations and digital solutions using Power Forms and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data visibility and reporting efficiency.
- Prepare documentation and support materials related to dashboards, automations, and reporting tools.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT or Industrial Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL, and development concepts.
- Interest in data analytics, reporting, and process improvement.
- Ability to troubleshoot and support technical solutions in a structured way.
- Willingness to learn and participate in different SDLC activities.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development.
- Basic SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Excel for data handling and visualization.
- Interest in systems integration and automation tools.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
