What is your role?
As Manufacturing Industrial Engineering Supervisor, you will lead industrial engineering efforts that improve plant performance, strengthen process standardization, and support operational excellence. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and governance of key SAP PP data, including routings and bills of materials, while partnering with operations, supply chain, finance, and engineering teams to deliver sustainable improvements.
Major responsibilities and tasks of the position
- Lead industrial engineering projects focused on productivity, process optimization, cost reduction, and operational performance
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of SAP PP data, including routings, cycle times, work centers, and bills of materials
- Support manufacturing cost model accuracy and activity rate analysis to enable reliable planning and decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize industrial engineering practices, implement improvements, and support digital and system enhancement initiatives
What do you need to have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with SAP PP (accuracy, consistency, and governance), especially routings, bills of materials (BOMs), work centers, and production structures
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing cost models and cost analysis in industrial or production environments
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving measurable process improvement initiatives
- Experience in extrusion manufacturing is highly desired; experience in food, chemical, metallurgy, or other continuous process industries is also valued
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
