Role Purpose

Support a project focused on modernizing software support and incident management. The intern will contribute to the development of tools for bug tracking and ticket resolution, creation of troubleshooting resources for frontline support, collaboration on training materials, and exploration of AI-powered automation to improve issue resolution speed and consistency.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and organization of bug tracking and incident management tools.
  • Assist in documenting software issues, troubleshooting steps, and support processes.
  • Help create resources and knowledge materials for frontline support teams.
  • Participate in project meetings and follow-up activities related to software support improvements.
  • Support the preparation of training materials and onboarding resources related to the project.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for automation in ticket handling and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support workflows and process visibility.
  • Take part in project-related training sessions and apply learnings to assigned tasks.

 

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or Software Development.
  • Interest in software support, incident management, automation, or AI tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Good teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Technical curiosity and willingness to learn in a project-based environment.

  • Basic understanding of bug tracking, ticketing systems, or troubleshooting workflows.
